Who executed ELI on a local level?
Local teams were responsible for the final design and implementation
of ELI. These teams were:
- Argentina: the electric utility EDESUR,

- Czech Republic:
the NGO SEVEn (Czech Energy Efficiency Center), led by Martin

- Hungary: the consulting

- Latvia: the consulting
