Who executed ELI on a local level?
Local teams were responsible for the final design and implementation of ELI. These teams were:

  • Argentina: the electric utility EDESUR, led by Alberto Arrigoni, aarrigoni@edesur.com.ar
  • Czech Republic: the NGO SEVEn (Czech Energy Efficiency Center), led by Martin Dasek, contact: Jaroslav Marousek, jaroslav.marousek@svn.cz
  • Hungary: the consulting firm EGI, led by Zoltan Lontay; contact: Elek Turda, turda@egi.hu
  • Latvia: the consulting firm Ekodoma, led by Dagnija Blumberga, dagnija@btv.lv.
  • Peru: the electric utility Edelnor, led by Luis Haro, lharo@edelnor.com.pe.
  • Philippines: the utility consulting firm Soluziona Philippines, led by Alex Ablaza, aablaza@ph.soluziona.com
  • South Africa: the firm Bonesa, a joint venture between the utility Eskom Enterprises, through its Technology Services International subsidiary; Umongi-Karebo, a joint-venture empowerment group; and Africon Engineering International, a consulting engineering company, (Bonesa is now a part of Eskom); led by Peter Kgame (contact, Barry Bredenkamp, Barry.Bredenkamp@eskom.co.za)
