Product Quality

	ELI Seal ELI´s Argentine Logo includes a 3-pin plug, reinforcing visually ground connection and overall safety concepts. The ELI Seal/ Logo is placed in General Electric boxes so as clients know that those lamps are certified by ELI
	Standards and labeling of lamps ELI developed an international series of standards for efficient lighting products. English / Spanish
	Support to manufacturers and importers ELI-AR implemented different strategies to invite the participation of CFL manufacturers and importers. English / Spanish

Demand Side Management
The National Electricity Regulation Authority (ENRE) authorised ELI to carry out a pilot CFL sale, initially through the distribution company Edesur. Stands were set up exhibiting models of CFLs that have been qualified by ELI standards. Electricity distribution companies have direct contact with their clients and can be an instrument for the promotion of energy efficiency among them.
